Seguridad y confianza

1. Pagos

Los pagos se procesan en Stripe. Modern Agency nunca recibe ni guarda el número de tu tarjeta. Los avisos de pago de Stripe a nuestro sistema se aceptan solo si su firma criptográfica es válida.

2. Conexión y navegador

• Todo el sitio se sirve por HTTPS y exige HTTPS a los navegadores (HSTS).
• Protección contra clickjacking: el sitio no puede incrustarse en páginas de terceros.
• Política de seguridad de contenido (CSP) que limita desde qué dominios puede cargarse código y conectarse el sitio.
• Permisos de cámara, micrófono y ubicación desactivados.

3. Acceso a tu cuenta

Entras con un enlace único enviado a tu correo o con tu cuenta de Google. No guardamos una contraseña tuya.

4. Límites de uso

Las funciones que consumen inteligencia artificial o crean pagos tienen límite de peticiones por dirección IP, para reducir abusos y automatizaciones maliciosas.

5. Analítica con tu consentimiento

Las herramientas de medición de Google (Tag Manager y Analytics) solo se cargan si aceptas el banner de cookies. Más detalle en la Política de Privacidad.

6. Qué no afirmamos

Modern Agency no cuenta hoy con certificaciones formales de terceros como SOC 2 o ISO 27001. Ningún sistema es 100% seguro. Si algún día obtenemos una certificación, la publicaremos aquí con su verificación.

7. Reportar una vulnerabilidad

Si encuentras una falla de seguridad, escríbenos a diagnostico@modernagency.link con el asunto “Security report”. Revisamos cada reporte de buena fe. Más información en security.txt.

1. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Modern Agency never receives or stores your card number. Payment notifications from Stripe to our system are accepted only when their cryptographic signature is valid.

2. Connection and browser protections

• The whole site is served over HTTPS and tells browsers to require it (HSTS).
• Clickjacking protection: the site cannot be embedded in third-party pages.
• A Content Security Policy (CSP) limits which domains code can load from and the site can connect to.
• Camera, microphone and location permissions are disabled.

3. Account access

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email or with your Google account. We do not store a password for you.

4. Usage limits

Features that consume AI or create payments are rate-limited per IP address to reduce abuse and malicious automation.

5. Analytics only with your consent

Google measurement tools (Tag Manager and Analytics) load only if you accept the cookie banner. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. What we do not claim

Modern Agency does not currently hold formal third-party certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. No system is 100% secure. If we obtain a certification, we will publish it here with a way to verify it.

7. Report a vulnerability

If you find a security issue, email diagnostico@modernagency.link with the subject “Security report”. We review every good-faith report. See security.txt.
